Company is established in 1998, and is engaged in wholesale of sportfishing tackle and equipment. One of company`s founder, Mr. Ranko Travar, has been succesfully engaged in publicist work covering sportfishing. He cooperates with most famous domestic sportfishing magazines, and is a co-author of many sportfishing TV-shows. From its first days company „Travar“ used to (and still is) cooperate with a lot of well known tackle manufacturers. Main business principle is „a customer should always be offered with a best price–to–quality ratio product“. Starting with this principle, in past 9 years company „Travar“ broke contract with some companies and still managed to find new ones with superb price–to–quality range.

In 2008 we expect to start business cooperation with another 4 well-known manufacturers. We also plan to start our own production, in order to fill the needs of our own market, as well as the members of EU.

We supply more than 130 tackle shops from Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For the next year we plan 20% rise of customers number. Thanks to modern and honest style of work, together with constant monitoring of new trends in modern sportfishing. Company „Travar“ has grown to be one of the most significant wholesales in the region.
